Suraj Sajnani is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team of King & Wood Mallesons, specialising in litigation and arbitration.  He is Hong Kong qualified, having read law in Hong Kong at the University of Hong Kong and City University of Hong Kong.

Suraj has a broad client-base and practice.  He acts for state-owned enterprises, multi-national corporations, financial institutions and construction firms. He acts for his clients in international commercial and construction arbitration, litigation, regulatory investigations and disputes.  He frequently advises on Hong Kong litigation, including shareholder disputes, insolvency, injunctions and enforcement proceedings.

Suraj frequently writes on arbitration and other topics related to dispute resolution. He is a contributing author of key arbitration texts in Hong Kong, including the Annotated Ordinances of Hong Kong on the Arbitration Ordinance (LexisNexis), Practical Guide to Arbitration in Hong Kong (Sweet & Maxwell), Hong Kong Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents on Dispute Resolution (LexisNexis), and Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (Springer).
