“Limitations on Trademark Rights from Comparative and Interdisciplinary Perspectives” Conference

The Law and Technology Center of the Faculty of Law and the Engelberg Center on Innovation Law & Policy at New York University School of Law jointly organized a conference on limitations on trademark rights on 7 and 8 January, 2019. The conference brought together scholars from around the world to explore the nature and scope of those limitations from comparative and interdisciplinary perspectives. The two-day conference was attended by a total of more than 270 scholars to share their insights on various aspects of current trademark laws, practices in different jurisdictions and the implications on sales and marketing.
