Building upon the success of its sister seminar series on “Chinese Customary Law” held from 2014 to 2016, the “Greater China Legal History Seminar Series” organised by CUHK Law in 2017-18 and 2018-19 achieved great success by often attracting a diverse audience of more than 150 participants per seminar.
CUHK Law is pleased to present the “5th Year Greater China Legal History Seminar Series 2019-20”. The seminars, which aim to serve as a forum to discuss the historical development of a great variety of legal issues of interest in the Greater China region, are conducted by experts in their respective fields and welcome all individuals who are interested to attend.
