About 40 Mainland law students from China University of Political Science and Law, Zhejiang University Guanghua Law School, Shanghai University of International Business and Economics Law School and Nanjing University Law School participated in exchange activities in Hong Kong organised by The Legal Education Fund Limited. The students attended a seminar on Professional Ethics and Integrity on 13 July at the Law Society. Immediate Past President Thomas So shared his views on professional ethics and integrity required of legal professionals. Mr Lawrence Yeung and Mr Ronald Kan, members of the Greater China Legal Affairs Committee (“GCLAC”), also attended the event and made exchanges with the students. In addition, Vice President CM Chan, Mr Neville Cheng, Vice Chairman of the GCLAC, and Mr Ronald Kan, member of the GCLAC were invited to attend the closing ceremony of the exchange activities.
