Clemence Yeung is a practising barrister. He has authored a book on the law of unjust enrichment in Hong Kong and was a contributor to a practitioner’s volume on Hong Kong maritime law. He has presented professional seminars covering a variety of practice areas, including documentary credits, cross-border injunctions, land compensation and private international law.
